How we are changing secondary ticketing.

We will never charge fans for selling or buying a ticket on our site. That’s no fees at any stage of the sale. Ever. 🙌

We will ensure that our sellers clearly display the following information: Ticket face value (the original price of the ticket); Block, row and seat numbers (where applicable); Any ticket restrictions; Whether the ticket is printed or an e-ticket; Whether you are buying from another fan or from a Vibe Verified seller; The company name and address for a Vibe Verified seller.

We will never use pressure selling tactics or use practices when searching or buying tickets on our site.

We will ensure that fan sellers and Vibe Verified sellers agree to our code of conduct. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy.

We believe in free market dynamics. That’s why we’ve built what we consider to be the most transparent and price competitive marketplace. By bringing supply together from various sources we allow consumers to see what’s available and what the true market price is.

We will be transparent, so that you know who you are buying from. Whether that’s another fan who’s trying to sell a spare cos a mate’s let them down - we’ve all got that flakey friend right?! - or a Vibe Verified seller.

We will appropriately investigate and deal with anything that looks like it goes against our code of conduct.
